Payment Terms:
Services are generally billed on an hourly basis, with a minimum charge of A$600 per hour. For larger projects, LLBC will provide a detailed quote based on the scope of work. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and PayPal.
Advance Information Submission:
To ensure efficient consulting, clients should share any relevant documents, images, contracts, or other information before the scheduled session. Timely submission of materials allows LLBC to provide tailored advice and address key questions effectively.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service are eligible for a refund, minus any applicable processing fees. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a A$250 cancellation fee.
- Non-Refundable Services: Once a consultation or inspection has been completed, fees are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: Clients needing to reschedule should contact LLBC at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
