Typically, an inspection takes between 2-4 hours. The duration may vary depending on the property’s size, layout, and condition. Please bear in mind that delays can be costly if the property is not prepared for inspection or if the necessary information for a consulting appointment is not properly organised. As we are committed to achieving successful outcomes, we encourage you to be mindful of the important role you play in maximising the benefits of our service.

You’ll receive a comprehensive inspection report, including photographic evidence, within 72 hours of the inspection. The report will cover all identified issues and recommended actions.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an inspection, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. If access is unavailable at the scheduled time, a $250 call-out fee will apply for rescheduling.

While we do not offer a fixed guarantee, our commitment to thorough, high-quality inspections is backed by our extensive experience and credentials.
