1. When you worked with Lance what was both your working relationship and position?

I worked closely with Lance Lincoln on the AKoy project, where I held the position of Project Manager. Lance’s position was Site Manager, and our working relationship was collaborative with mutual support and respect.

2. Could you please provide a brief summary of his position, the responsibilities within Lance’s role and what his performance was like based on these?

Lance Lincoln served as the Site Manager on the Akoya project. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, resource allocation, and coordinating with various subcontractors and suppliers. Lance’s performance whilst iI worked with him was great; he displayed competence in managing site operations and possessed strong programming skills.

3. How many direct reports did Lance have?

Lance oversaw a team of 3 to 5 direct reports – Structural Foreman, Finishes Foreman, Project Coordinator & General Labourers

4. How was Lance’s knowledge within Construction, D&C in general?

Lance has a comprehensive understanding of the design and construction process. His knowledge and expertise were evident and helped me identify a couple of key design risk items. Basement shoring underpinning design & Structural support of an existing driveway which had to be maintained.

5. How would you describe Lances ability to see a project from concept to completion?

I left the company prior to completion of the project, however believe him to be dedicated to completion of a project from concept through to completion.

6. What project/s was it he work on for you and their cost?

Lance worked on the Akoya development when we worked together, the value of the project was $36-38 million.

7. How was Lance’s skillset across Management and direction, What were his strong points in this role?

Lance had a lot of experience in managing personal and subcontractors. He was a good communicator and also was good at programming.

8. How was Lance’s Ability to deliver tasks, accurately on time and under pressure?

Whilst i worked with Lance, he managed to maintain the program whilst delivering a difficult structure. We had a a difficult early works contractor who Lance managed quite well.

9. Would you work with Lance again?

I would gladly work with Lance again. His exceptional performance and valuable contributions to our project make him a highly desirable colleague for future endeavors.

10. Any further comments?

Whilst i worked with Lance, his professionalism, expertise and dedication to the project were evident in my dealings and from what i saw when he had to deal with subcontractors and suppliers. I would recommend him without reservation for any future projects or roles.
